Application Developer & IT Administrator

Fitrah Islamic World Academy, Bogor

Two roles at one school: I build and maintain the internal management platform, and I run the IT administration behind it.

  • Built and ship FIMS, the school’s internal management platform, end to end: data model (MySQL), app layer (AppSheet), and the automations around it.
  • Own user access across departments: provisioning, deactivation and role-based permissions for staff.
  • Automated recurring admin workflows with n8n, Google Apps Script and WhatsApp notifications (Evolution API), removing manual follow-ups.
  • Administer Google Workspace: account lifecycle, roles, and Chromebook device policies and licensing.
  • Support day-to-day academic operations (scheduling, student transfers, report cards) and troubleshoot issues with teachers and front-office staff.
